This is a brand new Kubota V1903 engine that I purchased to replace a blown Deutz in a machine I have. I found I was unable to adapt it to my needs so I am selling it. I bought it from Surplus City and have never even taken the protective tape off of cooling and exhaust ports. Price new was $3800 plus $400 for shipping so my loss is your gain.
